What to expect after pediatric/kid's elbow fractures

I’m curious but what exercises do you recommend for after care? My niece had a fractured elbow and had 2 pins. We have been doing exercises like her doctor recommended but she still can’t touch her shoulder. He didn’t give us any information and I had to come online to look up exercises to do. We have an appointment coming up and I already know he is going to be annoyed because he was at her last appointment.

How did your 3 year old do after the third day after surgery? My 3 year old just had this procedure done yesterday and today her pain has been so unbelievable bad not even ibuprofen helps her nor Tylenol. I'm going crazy I hope is not like this the 3 weeks before her follow up
