I think what you need is actually layers! Layers and I really feel like doing heartless curls will give you some body and shape!!

this is such a wonderful video! i found it both relaxing and very informative. i love having my hair long, but every few years i do a big chop to shake things up. definitely considering trying extensions next time i do so! i hope you post more content like this in the future :)
