What to expect at the VG&M Family Festive Fun Day

This video introduces our Relaxed Christmas sessions for children and young people who may find a trip to see Santa a little overwhelming.
A range of activities will be available throughout the session, including festive crafts, snow play, puppets, books and a quiet space.
A hot chocolate station will also be available for families to grab a hot drink. Father Christmas and his elf will be at the session but children can choose how and if to meet him.
After the session there is also the opportunity to look around the art gallery and take part in a festive trail.
Please note, wrapped gifts will not be provided but a selection box and book will be available for each child to take away.
The café will be open all day to buy snacks, drinks and meals.
