As you prepare for the next step in your recovery, we want you to know what to expect every step of the way. This video addresses what to expect as you prepare for your admission.
Our hospital liaison will work with you and your caregivers at the acute care hospital to see if inpatient rehabilitation is right for you. If so, we will begin the admission process and work with your physicians and insurance, as well as arrange transportation if needed. Find out what you will need to bring with you during your inpatient rehabilitation stay, such as comfortable clothing and medications. When you arrive at our hospital, your case manager will discuss with you the details of your rehabilitation.
