All this for just £39. Find out more here: thepositivebirthcompany.com/p...
The other workshops in the pack include:
- Infant Feeding (breastfeeding, bottle-feeding & expressing)
- Infant Sleeping
- Maternal Mental Health
- Physical Recovery (vaginal & cesarean birth)
- Navigating Relationship Challenges

With postnatal classes, clinics and baby groups currently cancelled and family and friends unable to visit due to Covid-19, we know new mums aren't getting the important, and often vital, information and support they'd usually receive after birth. We hope this helps.

29 week pregnant FTM from Texas here! SO GLAD that I found your channel! I’m naturally a bit nervous about birthing during COVID-19 in early August but these videos are helping me feel so empowered and not scared! I have an OBGYN but I was hoping to get some counseling from a midwife because it feels more personal and I honestly get more COACHING instead of DIAGNOSING (both are needed imo and can be combined to provide the best well-rounded results). All birthing/breastfeeding/aftercare classes have been cancelled so I get to watch these videos while I WFH, grow my baby and practice getting my mind in the correct spot for the future birth :) Bingeing these videos and will watch them over and over leading up to the birth (and probably afterwards too as a surrogate postnatal midwife care!). Thank you so much for these videos! They are helping this mom-to-be feel more prepared! :D

Great Video thank you so much Natalie and Siobhan for making this video available, im working though the online pack at the moment - my baby is not due until August but im a very anxious first time mum and I have found so much comfort in the positive birth company helping me to prepare for my sons arrival. Its really lovely to hear some postpartum advice, I feel so much better about my upcoming birth and am feeling more and more confident every day. Your story about the decision to have your baby on your own is so empowering Natalie and I hope you and your daughter are both doing well, thank you for sharing your stories and personal thoughts with us as well as your professional advice. Lots of love from a little town in New Zealand :)

Thanks so much for making these available - with classes cancelled and not being able to see people, I'm feeling a bit clueless about becoming a mum for the first time (7 weeks till due date), this has made me feel a bit better informed and prepared

Fan bloody tastic I’m due my third baby in 8 weeks my boys are 4&5 at present and although I remember a lot it’s nice to recap! And that’s exactly what she has done in a nice normal none scary pushy or fearful odd way! Love it you go girl and go the team who created the video, produced it and had the idea wonderful! And love the fact your doing a series on sleep and more. One thing I would say if your not going to already is to focus on mental health and what to do and look out for ❤️
