If you like ATVing, I would highly suggest doing that on the island of Kauai. It rains on the island everyday and you ride in prior plantation sites. Awesome drifting in red mud! Best fun I'd had on an excursion. You also stop and have lunch at the foot of a waterfall! Just awesome.
