Thanks for the info guys. Wife and I will be looking to move to Austin from expensive San Diego by early 2021 with the intent to buy in 2022. Looking to stay within 20-30 min of Austin. Seen a ton of homes for well under $275k. Can’t even buy a condo for that price in SD.
