This is sick. In Belgium just EVERYBODY votes and receives his letter to show up through the post. Ok, we are OBLIGED to vote, but why doesn’t just everyone gets his registration right away? Government HAS everyones ID, so just sent the registration to the last address… why so difficult?? I have to be in England in November for the birth of my grandchild. It’s hard to find voting info here in Texas! In Arizona we had mail in ballots mailed to us, and a handbook delivered by mail for every election with EVERYTHING in it- Propositions with what a yes or no vote would mean, and background and policy positions of every candidate. Here, it’s difficult to find any information. I’m resisted to vote here-I want to vote especially in this election but I’m worried I won’t be able to. And nowhere to find out how. Maybe I’ll call Mr. Allred’s HQ and they will help me.

“It’s not all about you”…while it may sound an unlikely statement/concept to throw out regarding politics but he’s spot-on: working on a team should be a requirement to running for any official position. As a resident of the Netherlands it baffles me that votingrights can be restricted like this. When we turn 18, we can vote. No registration or other weird regulations. You just have to show up at a votingbooth near your house and make sure you have your votinglicense (which is sent to your home everytime it's time to vote) and a valid ID. This can be a drivers license, passport or european IDcard. I can't wrap my head around the fact that in "the land of the free" people are this restricted.
