royal london website needs a map its a big hospital. if you have to take those annoying lifts then it can add a lot of time to your visit. Especially now that your limiting lifts to 4 people

Do you accept Medicare/US Health insurance? should i purchase traveler insurance to cover me should i need to be admitted? do i need to be an established patient prior to and or if i were to have an emergency could i just come to your emergency room? i am an American Citizen married to a british dual national. traveling in London. thanks

Went to the Whittington for a routine blood test, nurses were joking loudly about suicide and a man who threw himself in front of a train that day. They thought its absolutely funny. I complained to the pals service and was left ignored. Two months later i emailed them that i will take this further and will also speak to a lawyer. Then i suddenly got a reply but staff didn't have an official complaint filed against them. My wish to do so was ignored. The ceo of the Whittington also ignores me. I contacted newspapers and it will appear on one of them. I have also taken further steps to make sure staff and management will get what they deserve. Suicide is not a joke, and i have lost my sister to suicide.
