Looking forward to picking up a Murach book on Python Programming after your testimonial. I'm in my late 40's but would like to learn something new and have always had an interest in programming but never really pursued it until now. Also enjoy your other videos and the concept of why you developed this KZbin channel. It's something I would like to do for my children as well. Keep up the great work!

I couldn't agree more that if you're looking to learn a language, Murach books are incredible. I first bought their HTML5/CSS book and before I was a quarter way done with it, I had already purchased the JS/jQuery, PHP/MySQl and Python books. I absolutely love these books.

100% best books. The paired pages approach makes it easier for me to understand. They made learning to code fool proof. When I see other books, or online methods, I almost go crazy of how they overcomplicate things.

Sir, you're are a Genius. I think they work spiritually with people from the future. I love any book published by MURACH. I will recommend this books for children right now.

Hi - I went to Sheridan for CompSci in late 90's - I've been out of PC programming since VB6, but I have done a little C for embedded systems/microcontrollers for past 12 years. Too busy running an ISP for 19 years. Wanted to get back into programming, purchased Murach C# book two years ago, it's been great. I recommend it.

I noticed the book you showed is 2012. Wouldn't that book be out of date?

I've found you can't go wrong with a Murach title. The information in the 2012 version is still correct, the basics of Visual Studio and C# don't change much. I have the 2015 version as well which adds Entity Framework, CodeLens, Live Code Analysis and drops Windows 8 references. When you're buying you'd want to get whatever the most recent copy is.
