I know this video is 3 years old but nonetheless I found it useful. I purchased an M3 (used) which was pretty much like new. It is much less sophisticated electronically but essentially it's the same machine, except no squeaks 😹 Either way, it was a coat hanger for a couple of years, never even plugged it in after I bought it. But, after a little caution from my doctor about blood pressure and a few extra pounds I've now started using it every day. I started off with the 7 minute interval (picked randomly) and I've been doing that 3 times per day. I'm hoping to stick with it regularly working up to the 14 minutes. We'll see how it goes, my goal is 20 pounds off and a normalization of blood pressure. I won't be using the glycerine soap hack though (eh)... 😹

Citing the need to reduce CO2 which comes from the Climate Change scam in your opening statements obliterates any measure of credibility. You have been lied to all of your life. You cite the lies about nuclear power but reinforce the lies about CO2 and global climate change due to fossil fuels. Real pollution I can understand and that needs to be addressed as it has been. But the CO2 argument is false. The earth is greener today than before. CO2 is essential to the life cycle. Stop citing lies told to you by the same people you are trying to refute.

Thanks for the video, it was very informative. I just purchased the M7i and I was wondering what app i need to connect to this trainer? I didn't recieve a HR monitor, so i just ordered one, but I'd like to sync an app so that I can track my progress. From what I have found, it doesn't look like the M7i has an app? Thanks so much!

What?? @5:55 A password "That's hard for a human to guess, but easy for a computer to break, 19 minutes is all it takes." Umm, oh really? My bank (and virtually any financial institution) only allows you to enter a password incorrectly 4 times/day. Given that restriction of only guessing 4x/day, how are you going to break that password in only 19 minutes?

I think people are missing the whole point here. Want to burn and lose fat, then weight training is a must. After weights then finish with cardio. Cardio is good for your heart, so I do not discourage anyone to stop doing it, but weight lifting is must. I bought the M6, saw lots of good reviews, and the reason why I got it its for intense cardio. I can't wait for it to get it. Also, I bought it because I barely have time to go to a gym, so I made my own little gym at home and it's convenient for me. I'm a mom of 2 and work from home.

Condo managers like to stall leak repairs just long enough to milk some profits from water damage repairs and pest control bills at the expense of the tenants. Profiteering scam causing health and mental stress to humans and their pets. There should be a tax or deductible that condo owners have to PAY each and every time a tennant gets billed for pest control, plumbing, or any other bill that goes through the scamagers office. I wouldn't at all be surprised if all condo managers are doing this.

I own a condo now for the first time and I only lived in a house my entire life. My condo manager wants constantly access to my unit what are the regulations regarding that can I ask for services to be done according to my availability I feel like he wants control and I hate that
@TheWhatToKnowShow
@TheWhatToKnowShow 2 жыл бұрын
Hi Dayana, they should only enter your unit with permission. They should not have a key. Exceptions are made for emergency repairs to common elements, for example if water is pouring out of your unit they can enter to shut it off.

I had an elliptical, and I loved it, but it eventually broke, and now I need a replacement. I saw the Bowflex Max Trainer on the shopping network and was intrigued. I'm just worried it will be so "intense" that I won't want to use it. The elliptical got me sweating, but was also fun. I want an exercise machine that I will enjoy using. I don't want to start sweating 2 minutes after I start!! That's not fun! Do you have any thoughts that might help me decide? Thanks!

This is elliptical-like, but also similar to a stair stepper. It's like a cross between the two. I love the interval training that includes intense sprints, but also a slow down with the recovery times. But there are several different workouts you can choose. I've had mine (used) a month and I love it.

It's as intense as you want it. That goes for all equipment like this. If you start with the high intensity you'll probably just give up. I would start as slowly as you need. Keep building up those muscles until you can do the high intensity without it being so horrible you don't use it ever again.
