Thank you very much for highlighting this topic that needs to be addressed to create awareness among us so that we came to know our rights. One more thing that if we really want to implement all the rights given in Nikah Nama then NADRA should only accept/registerr those Nikah namas with proper rights given. Only then the implementation is possible

I have seen in my as well as many other womens' life that we all thank God for not being given right to divorce.... Generally women are ready to divorce in even littlest jolt. I would have divorced my husband within 2nd year of marriage and wouldn't have been enjoying a good family life like I am now. Many men do the same though but most use divorce as a threat. That's my observation.
