I’m a hairdresser 30 years but have recently become a nail tech at 47. I’m very out going and ran a very successful barbershop. I took over this barbershop from a man who owned the shop 25 years and for 5 years had men come in and ask where the barber was even though I was standing there cutting hair. Let’s just say I had a uphill battle convincing men that as a woman I was more than capable to cut there hair and I did very successfully not because I was the best barber at the start but because of my personality. Of cause I got better and became successful even though I wanted to run most days in the beginning. Personality is everything Another great video guys 😊

Great topic I was just thinking about this last night and wondering how I could find d someone I trusted to work with and represent my name/company.
