Some of the decisions must be based on what level you want to teach to. Do you want to teach beginners or more advanced? If you can teach a more advanced course, I would expect the price point to be higher than if you were teaching to beginners. It's also easier to convince people who don't have a KZbin channel to start a channel with free lessons. It's a much harder climb to convince people to pay for entry-level content when they aren't even really sure they want a channel.
