What to Put in Object for Cast To? Cast will always Fail? UE5.1 Unreal Engine

I've been trying to get Cast and interface to work for 2 Days!!! Your the only person on YT to mention that part about assigning the Actor Reference to the correct object. Thank you so so so so much!!!

Yup, he legitimately is. There is not a single video where anyone else talks about that part, and it's mind-boggling to me. Although, I do dislike the fact that you have to make the variable public in order to access it. It just seems like too many steps when everything should really all just be handled directly within the BP class.

I was looking for this answer for a day now and I have Unity experience where it works excactly the same ... i fell kinda stupid now. But another question: How could i get a reference to the thruster if i spawn it in at runtime, so i cant make this manual reference?

I'm having a problem where my blueprints parent class is a Skeletal mesh component but I can't seem to find a skeletal mesh component to reference

Hey that's looking neat! What if you want an other actor to be lets say, a set of deployable wings for ur buggy? It looks like there is only 1 slot for actor in the tab
