📕 What to Read in Ukrainian? Meet my new Ukrainian B1 Reader with Verbs of Motion!

Unfortunately, there are not so many books written or adapted for Ukrainian language learners, but I believe it will change soon. And I have made my step in this direction.
Let me present to you my first Ukrainian book: Ukrainian B1 Reader with Verbs of Motion "Непосида Йде Шукати Матусю" (Fidget goes to look for his mom) with Verba of Motion. It is a story for reading in Ukrainian for the intermediate level (B1), but it may also work for the finished A2 level.
This new reader is perfect for intermediate and advanced-level students who want to improve their fluency in Ukrainian.
It is a fairytale with adventures of a little squirrel Непосида (Fidget), whose mom was stolen from a forest by an evil hunter. So our little hero will do everything to rescue her. And we will observe his adventures and a lot of verbs of motion in context!
This is an illustrated ebook (PDF) + audiobook (WAV) with vocabulary lists before each chapter and tasks after each chapter to practice vocabulary grammar and to go through the context of the text. In the book, you will also find lists of Ukrainian verbs of motion without and with prefixes.
There are 9 chapters + a foreword and an afterword.
The book includes 58 pages.

This is actually a good book at the A1 level, too. It is the best text that I have seen for learning about motion verbs. The text would be difficult at the A1 level, just because of the amount of vocabulary. However: the tables and examples of verbs of motion with various prefixes will be very useful for any level! I highly recommend it!

Hi Melisa! The book will work for the finished A2 level, won't be too challenging, chapters are short, so it is possible to read with a dictionary and it won't be too overwhelming, but for A1 will be difficult for sure. 😉
