Yes why not individually you can.....there is no authentic hadith proves that our prophet Muhammad SAW made dua after fard prayer in congregation. What is proven from our prophet is that you must do azkaar after each fard prayer. It is called sunnah act. And Allah knows best.

Some of scholars have permitted us to make dua in sajood in our own language in case if there is some particular subject that you need to call upon Allah SWT only after saying obligatory words for example....Subhana Rabbiala'la. In addition some of scholars also said do not utter words of your dua by tongue but by heart only pertaining dua. What i follow the opinion is that I make dua in sajood sometimes by heart and sometimes by uttering words in my own language that is urdu...:-) For any prohibition or permission in act of worship we need authentic proof and the verdicts issued by the great great scholars in this regard must be on the basis. And anybody needs authentic proof of what I mentioned above I can share with. And Allah knows best
