I've never seen someone explain this so well, I feel like I actually have a better idea of what I need to be addressing. Thank you!

It's hot genius to love to teach Conor and know you have the gold to offer. Thanks. I'm seeing a PRI instructor already and this stuff is so good to augment and know. Nasty L AIC guy over here.

Conor I appreciate your videos very much. I am 64 yo, and I find myself being challenged with balance when walking. What do recommend to help?

The you tube videos are awesome! but i need more guidance on where to start and what progression to follow. Is there a class to buy that's made for people to do the exercises on their own? For non-trainers? The link appears to be for professionals wanting to implement into their business.

My pelvis anteriorly tilted too much and my legs turn outward when i stand or even lying on my back legs straight. How can I address these issues properly ? Thanks
@conorharris3 жыл бұрын
Address anterior orientation first, then address down the chain. Check out my video on pronation a few weeks ago to address legs turning out!

Very Informative Video Conor. I have a query I play badminton and had anterior pelvis tilt from past many years. I have been doing corrective exercises from some time now and i have seen some improvement but my internal rotation of the legs is too much restricted. Does it have complete correlation with anterior pelvis tilt or does it have any other underlying issue? Thanks.
@watchmen65043 жыл бұрын
I suffer from the same thing. I have zero interior rotation.
@gts96222 жыл бұрын
You most likely have a pelvis that’s forward on one or both sides. An anteriorly rotated pelvis will put the femur in a position of relative internal rotation. Like Connor said, you can’t get somewhere you already are. No matter how much you try to work on internal rotation, it won’t fix it if you don’t address the bones above it which are commanding that position of your femur(s).

Is posterior orientation of rib cage (rib flare) somehow influenced with pelvis orientation (and how to get out of it 😊)
@conorharris3 жыл бұрын
Yes, absolutely. The more your pelvis is forward, the more likely your ribs will flare out.

How can this correlate to a pitcher who is ER by anatomy and needs to get into a proper load position during leg lift to back hip load and then unload down the mound?
