I'm facing problems with my plantar F and with my "inner" shins. My big toe is smallere than my toe next to it. And it points in the direction of my seccond toe. No matter how easy I adjust mileage. The problems always come back. For example: I started with 6 miles a week. Up untill about 30 miles a week. I progressively inceased mileage and I took 12 months yo progres. Boom, right back at my pains. Anny thoughts?

In my toe of phase when my toe leave the ground my ankle points in and I think that make me go side to side any tips? Thanks

sir is it possible to reduce the timing 16 secs where my 800m timing is 2min 16 secs. please reply sir. Is it possible to run 800m in 2 minutes. in male category. 26 year old.
