I would do a popcorn 🍿 clutch with the silver the brand label skirt because YASSSSS !!!!! Keep the black combat boots. Do a black crop with red And white writing (or do the front tie crop effect). Some silver jewelry nothing too crazy since the attention grabber is the skirt. Some black shades. Hair in a messy bun with a couple loose curls in the front. And top it off with a red lip.
