where does employee's assessment/evaluation or reverse feedback of their supervisors come in? isn't that the 360 way?

I like the idea, and no harm in adding it in if it doesn’t distract from the personal development focus of the employee. It would usually go into the manager’s 360 appraisal when it’s their turn to be assessed though.
