Thank you, been watching your stuff for a while including when you hosted on NHK, just been too shy to leave a comment, but again, thank you.

I want to find out what hotel doesn't have hot water in showers. I've stayed at some hotels where the shower controls are confusing, where you turn it on and cold water comes out but you have to turn it on all the way to get hot water. Did they say where it was? Perhaps I missed it?

I've stayed in plenty of hotels that have had hot water problems. Sometimes they just don't have enough hot water capacity if the rooms are fully booked and most of the guests are on similar schedules. Sometimes they have the hot water temperature set too low (intending to save energy and/or reduce legal liability for guests scalding themselves). And sometimes the mixing valve in the shower is set incorrectly (you can tell this is the case if the sink has plenty of hot water, but the shower does not).

I turned on closed captions for this video even though it has captions already and WOW. The closed caption feature that KZbin offers here delivers a text reading that in no way offers anything close to what the channels creator herself inserted as a translation of Japanese.

4:43 "Even in good hotels, there's just cold water in the shower." What?! Where was this? Here in the U.S., if the shower was only cold, I'd be making a complaint to the management.

I’m surprised she wanted to recreate the scene from breakfast at Tiffany’s

Just speculation from me when it comes to male eauivalent but i would say it depends on the pov because you have a lot of the barock era but also viktorian elements. Some might even think it's steampunk but that is also not quit right i guess altough steampunk fashion seems to be inspired a lot by the viktorian era. It's hard to tell i guess

I googled and found some alternative names for the male version of Lolita, "Boystyle (少年装), also known as Ouji (王子) or Dandy (ダンディ)"
