Loving the topics in your last 4 vids. Touches on the exact questions I’ve been asking myself and the guys at the club recently

Ah, that's awesome tonhear brother. Thank you for the feedback. Glad that these discussions are helpful

Same here. And when it doesn't it makes me think about certain things as well. Ryan being the thinking armwrestler is what I was here for originally not the wild goals or whatever people criticize.

RYAN DO YOU THINK KING MOVE IS THE SAFEST MOVE IN ARMWRESTLING???
@pass_e2 ай бұрын
im not ryan, but no. in a kings move, you have to rely on your forearm not snapping when you twist your body down. imo, if it suits you, an open arm toproll would be more safer
@vhff-y5p2 ай бұрын
kings move is very risky and prone to injury. just try to be strong and master the fundamentals toproll and hook
@ryanbluebowen2 ай бұрын
For broken humerus risk, yes. For forearm flexor and bicep tears, no.

Strength and endurance to hand in hand in certain ways, if one gets better, so does the other.

11.5 years as an armwrestler and 11.5 minutes video length, a coincidence or a master stroke?🤣
