Feel like this is me. Although its really just mixing a bunch of these types together as I pretty much exclusively run "Benjo" or "Roleplayer" Myers with Aura perks only (BBQ, Rancor, Gearhead, LP), or some otherwise gimmicky bullshit (been playing a lot of max-pallet break speed wraith) and extremely excited for running Fire-Up, Brutal Strength, Bamboozle, Superior Anatomy with either ToH Myers or Wraith if fixed. Definitely needs a general meme build option in this video. Also planning to get a win with every meme add-on with no other perks/addons pretty soon. Running the same build more than like 2-3 times in a row just feels boring as fuck. Also fav YTer is Pebsie so that I can "optimize" my meme builds.

The Completionist (me included) Bent on completing every rift challenge, daily ritual, and achievement as early as possible. Would use the most optimal killer, perks, add-ons, and offerings just to help them hook the obsession 8 times in the same match. Killer main(s): Technically every killer in the game (even Twins), though they probably dislike playing Nurse due to how she’s incompatible with many rift challenges. Favourite KZbinr: Pebsie - DBD Investigator, to provide them with information that the DBD wiki didn’t specify, so that they wouldn’t have to waste an unproductive match just to find that out themselves. Also technically a survivor main, half of the time. Just watch while they get 6 hook saves in the same match.

The Fair Killer Survivors make a mistake? They use it. They don't camp until you do insta unhooks. They don't tunnel unless that survivor runs into them on purpose. They are not toxic until you are toxic. And they believe in Karma. Favourite content creator: not Otzdarva (i guess) The "Dumb Noob" Actually has thousands of hours and is sometimes not a killer but a survivor main. They use simple or free rift cosmetics to appear new or inexperienced and play exactly like that just to catch Survivors off guard when they want to do some techs (often window or CJ tech). And often they also want to see the survivors' salt, since they "lost vs a noob". Me personally - I started playing when Silent Hill got added. First couple weeks of playing I only played as Pyramid Head and didn't touch anyone else, but I eventually got curious and wanted to try getting good and got to rank 1 killer within my first month of playing. Now at 1700 hours I don't really have a main, had every killer p350 before the prestige rework, and just play whatever killer a randomizer decides. Don't play the game consistently enough to get to grade 1 each month anymore but usually at least high gold by the reset. Dbd score board said I'm in top 3500 globally for perfect matches as killer. I find survivor ungodly boring if not in a full swf

For those of us in the anxious category its a weird place. You know you want to play killer. you know you enjoy the killer side of gameplay more. and you know you have the ability to mind-game and make plays. But there's just that constant uncertainty. I've got Huntress, Clown, Nemmy, Nurse, Doc, Twins, Bubba, Pig, Plague, and Hillbilly all to 50. and about 2k hours in the game. and that anxious lobby sitting moment has never once lessened

It's true. I've been practicing a lot with Artist. It's great when people are taken off-guard because they probably haven't seen an Artist in weeks if not months, and expect me to be a noob. It's rewarding to get good plays when they realize I'm not. That being said, I'm always pretty nervous queueing up. I don't get tilted easily, but it still feels like a lot of pressure. I also unapologetically run Lightborn because the flashlight effects make me feel really sick.

I don't try to tunnel except in one very common case. If some fool unhooks when I'm right there, I will hit the fool if I can, but then I make sure the one they "saved" is hooked again. Nice job! You sandbagged your team mate and you have to heal. Dare to call me a tunneler in chat, and I'll drink your tears. As for mercy, I only give mercy to people who don't give up. If you come kneel at my feet you're getting murdered without any acknowledgement whatsoever. I'll let people go sometimes when someone discos, as long as they don't give up. When I play survivor, I hate quitters. So I punish them when I'm killer whenever I can.

Winstreak category. Thinks that while the mmr is invisible the winstreak is the best estimation of a skill. Only 4k is a win (or 4-man-out when they play survivor). Plays all characters, creates database with results, maps, opponent hours, characters, addons and perks, and calculates correlation between different builds and efficiency, so they can create their merciless build not by feelings, but by near scientific approach. Favourite creator - Otzdarva (because of making winstreaks a popular idea, introducing 30sec challenge and all-perk-challenge).

Also The Chill High MMR: Very rare breed, they play at high ranks with strong builds but will always be friendly, sometimes even give hatch. If a survivor makes a nice play, they will sometimes compliment that or simply go: Eh, stunned me but that is alright

The Voyeur: addicted to aura reading. Thinks Scratched Mirror should be its own character. Never used BBQ for the bloodpoints anyway. Fits Lethal Pursuer in all their builds. You might think they're doing it to compensate for a lack of gamesense, but really they just enjoy chase that much and hate wandering around kicking gens. They often have crappy hearing or listen to music and rely on perks to guide them to the fun part of the game. The Gen Guardian: Camping survivors is old school, This guy camps gens. Forgot that this game is about killing survivors, seems to have picked up a part time job as a mechanic. Will miss out on free hits to kick gens, will leave chase when a survivor takes him too far from his precious objective. Gets stuck in 'kicking games' all the time where a survivor is hiding near the gen tapping it so he keeps having to come back and kick every 10 seconds. Once you're down to the last gen, this guy isn't going to get another single hook. Runs regression perks but doesn't understand why he's losing. The 'Adventurous': Doesn't seem to understand how his power works. Whether it's hitting the same survivor twice with Feral Frenzy, trying to Torment slugged survivors with Pyramid's M2, or putting a Reverse Beartrap on after all the gens are done and letting you crawl out; it's clear these guys don't 100% understand their power. And that's OK, because by god they'll figure it out. It's over for you survivors once they realise Dredge has antiloop! The Perfectionist: a distant cousin of the Gen Guardian, these guys are total neat freaks. They can't stand to see a gen unkicked, or a pallet left up - seriously, they insta-break even the most unsafe pallets in the world. They throw the game to keep their 8 STBFL stacks. Their real OCD comes out when playing Huntress or Trickster though - these are the guys that reload after every chase, they could be missing 1 hatchet and still hit the locker. They can't understand why people don't run Iron Maiden on these killers. Vaulter White: Either they're role-playing a big dumb brute killer or they're allergic to mind games (why would I come from a different direction if they can just see my red stain?). These guys don't chase, they FOLLOW. And that means vaulting through every single window the survivor does. These guys start out as Trappers, then dabble in Bubba, then pick up a Killer with strong antiloop (usually Nemmy) and neglect to learn anything about getting m1 hits. Their build is usually four slowdown perks, never realising that if they just picked Bamboozle they would get twice as many kills. Despite what you may think, there's actually one place where these guys are more efficient than the average killer and that's Shack. They just stroll right through, force 3 vaults and the window is blocked, thank you sir for the god pallet - whereas the average player will spend a whole minute trying mindgames and leaving. Some Bubbas never make it to the Nemesis stage, instead discovering the dark powers of Bamboozle and evolving into an entirely new species, one that often vault at loops even before the survivor does. Leading psychologists speculate that its a fixation - that they have grown to love the vault even more than the chase. I actually fall under the merciful one the most, which makes me feel good about myself. I still enjoy my 4k’s every once in a while though, especially against flashlight clickers and people begging for chases, only to get downed super quickly.

Those fake TTVs you made are absolutely mint! I am kind of 3 types you didn't list: The Non-Meta Expert: Mostly the same as the expert but they use non-meta killers. The Flan Addict: This time of player can be any killer type but if they see the survivors use 2 or more Flans, cakes or BPSes they turn into the Merciful or the Friendly The "Variety" Killer: This killer player plays a lot of different killers but generally uses the same build on all those killers. For me it's Agitation, Pain Res, STBFL & Thrilling Tremors.

The blind one, which is me. If a survivor runs past and around the corner, I will not know where they are (which is partially because I have a terrible sense of orientation). I will loose track of the blood because I look into the wrong direction. There will be survivors 20 meters in front of me and I will turn into a different direction because I don't see them. No I will not play survivor, that's way more stressful than killer

You forgot about "The Collector" who has completed every single rift in 3 days, did all the tome challenges for lore and points, and also has every single ultra rare and legendary cosmetic. they spend most of their time looking through their 50 pages of charms to find the perfect one for each killer, and they get mad every time a rift outfit gets put in the store. they love the Deep Rift, since they know nobody will be getting the rewards once the rift ends.

Dredge and Onryo are the most fun to play. I was honestly surprised to hear that people thought Onryo was under powered. I think Otzdarva is people's favorite because he is just everywhere. You cant open steam or search youtube for dbd without running into a video from him. Also he isn't toxic which is nice. I only play wraith when survivors troll too hard. However, I admit i get a twisted satisfaction whenever I kill a ttv in a humiliating way. I do love the lore of the dredge and role played his character a few times. I would watch for survivors who spend more time saving others than themselves and would spare them.

I'm a mix of Normal, CENSORED and Merciful. Normal most of the time, casually playing with killers while I do quest or try to P3 them, Legion when I want to try hard (not often because is not fun that most of my Legion games have DCs), and Merciful/Friendly when a survivor DC or Suicide on first hook, as I play Surv too and know how bad that feels.

I've been playing Killer recently, and I'm a mix of: Friendly, Merciful, and a bit of a Role-Player. I dont play to win, because that would stress the hell out of me, but I put some effort in. If i am having a good time i will mess around with the survivors and let them fix gens and stuff. There are times where the hatch literally spawns in front of me and i pick up the last survivor and drop them next to it (then run away to convince them i am letting them live). The role-playing part is i make up a personality for the killers and roll with it (Hillybilly I made into a womanizer who hates his job, etc.)

You forgot the switch player, they got joycon drift, so their camera always move, they hate using flashlight or playing huntress, deathslinger or trickster, they also have the chance that if they turn off the crossplay, they have a really big chance of being with their switch friends, which can make bloodpoint farming really easy

I think im either the anxious one or the stealth lover even tho i only enjoy Wraith's aggressive stealth or Onion Ring's fear inducing stealth. Im pretty chill most of the time focusing on properly patrolling gens and getting some nice hits, but when someone teabags or seems overconfident on a chase, i won't rest or leave chase until they get hooked for a third time.

woah. Thats totally accurate. I have 5 people in my discord I play swf with sometimes and for everyone of them is a killer type and 4/5 even the favourite content creator fits. Nice Job! Also a little side note: I absolutly enjoy impossible skillcheck builds and despise slowdown Legion. I would not put both in the same jar. :D I think Doctor with mercyless storm is one of the most fun things in dbd besides getting a successful endgame bubba save, having a 5 gen chase, hitting a crossmap hatchet or having someone step in your Trap in chase.

The "Don't Stun Me Bro" killer that will D/C if one of 3 things happen. 1. You chase a single survivor for 3-5 gens without a hook. 2 You get a survivor downed but can not get them to a hook before a pallet stun, flashbang or flashlight save, or literally another perk that makes the first hook take ridiculously longer than comfortable to get. 3. You are either a good SWF or just so coordinated in skill with your team that nobody gets downed because everyone is aware of where to run when the killer chases someone else because the looping and teamwork is too powerful.

You forgot “The Label Breaker” -They will play killers like Myers, Nemesis, and Oni and for no reason whatsoever, will refuse to tunnel, even if they are about to lose, and hardly use their alt attack, usually will not leave hatch for the last survivor, unless all the other 3 are dead. Will probably be congratulating good survivor plays, but will tunnel the moment a survivor teabags after pallet stunning. Seeing anyone with Dead Hard, Unbreakable, Head On, or a Key will almost instantly unlock a primal rage (tunneling). Usually a console player. Favorite KZbinr: Not Otzdarva

I only really play killer for when new achievements get added to the game but if I were to choose I’d either be the merciful and the stealth main. Wraith with super speed build is may more fun then anything in the game even if the build sucks I love zoomies. I normally let one person go unless they’re toxic or sent me to a map I dislike then all bets are off.

I'd say I fit into the "normal player" archetype. I don't really use meta perk builds, and just go with my gut. I consider 1 kill to be barely passable to not be a total wash, 2 kills to be okay, 3 kills to be a good game, and 4 kills to be a rousing success. And, overall, I just ask for one thing from the Survivors I play against: don't be an ass. Most of us are here for fun-try to be one of them. My favorite Killers include Legion, Hag, Dredge, Onryo, and Trickster.

i laughed so hard for anxious killer category because he used the pig as a killer for the category and being myself the main pig and I'm 300% anxious when I play I feel like I'm being talked to directly playing killer is so stressful and personally it's true that I haven't played killer a lot but in general I come across toxic survivors and it makes me not want to play and it discourages me a lot

I'm a merciful killer. I am also an easily disabled killer. I hate seeing being disconnect but one thing that will stop me from killing anyone is if someone doesn't run from me and get friendly when I hit them at the start. At that point it stops me from being aggressive and I just let them win. I will also stop if I hook all 4 survivors once before the first Gen was done. I normally play legion with iron maiden and noed but that's for the chance I get those toxic tbagging flashlight spamming players then I tunnel the people with the flashlight and even down them to watch them die letting the rest go.
