I highly recommend the Hardcore History podcast, got me through two years of 2+ hour commutes. Listening to robots read Reddit threads is also extremely wholesome sometimes, and baseball.

Lol, it's amazing what you have to tell people. I work in parks, at a big river, lots of signs, very visible river; I still have to constantly answer the age old question "is there a river here?" No joke 5-10 times a day. It's awe inspiring.

Also, I love listening to podcasts in the car - makes it feel like someone else is there with me sometimes, lol - mostly helpful on long 5hr drives by myself - but hey maybe 40minutes is an eternity to different audiences - no judging - just helping!
