Hi Mateo, I made your roasted vegi soup with a couple of changes. Added chicken stock, less tomato paste, more pumpkin. I added a small can of condensed milk some garlic and a little curry. Then leftovers were made into taco soup and next leftover was added to sliced up leftover steak some celery and soysauce with one cup as sauce stur fried and put over rice. Delicious!!! Thanks for the inspiration.

Hi Mateo. Here's a little bit of info on charging your power source. Ecoflow and Bluetti have developed the alternator charger that you can use to charge your power source instead of having to go to a library etc. It charges as fast as a wall outlet and the best part is that you can charge your power source while you're driving. Takes about 50 minutes I believe for a full charge. It is very easy to connect to your van.
