Great overview for beginners. I still run some sports arenas and lighthouses and stackers because people keep giving them to me or making them so cheap they are hard to turn down. I can't seem to get them to do more then 30-40 dollars a week but since they dont cost hardly anything it's still a great roi. They are good filler machines to fill space without spending a lot but if you only have room for a couple of machines your better off going with cranes and newer prize games if you can afford it.

Great video. Another bad thing about stackers is the lack of parts. The original run turns 20 this year. You can get the basic hardware parts aplenty, but it took me around 2 months to find a working mainboard and power supply

Yeah, Coin Pushers are that weird bit where if you're in one of the states where they allow for cash to be won they're incredible. If you're in one of the majority of states where you can't have them output cash they're basically only useful in an arcade where you can convert them to put out tickets... and even then people get mad when they realize they're not winning money. Pretty much the epitome of Awesome or Crap with no in between.

A Buddy of mine Sold his Cotton Candy Machine a few months ago. The Mall where he had it Terminated his contract because the machine was off for repairs 15-20 days out of the months. It was Also something. Too Expensive for the amount of problems he had.

I have a lighthouse I plan on vending soon but I payed 250 which is still very reasonable . I did get a working bill acceptor with it so considering a new one is a couple hundred I feel like I got a deal. Great video as always!!!

Excellent video, great assessments, great info. But I would say you missed one very important element of vending. The single head gumball machine. I give it an A plus myself, even though many may not see it that way. 480 gumballs in a Rhino Pro can produce for three months without service in many cases, and the r.o.i. is excellent. When you borrowed your 27k , You could have maybe borrowed 30k, stuck 20 single heads out, and use them to pay a portion of your note. .. These crazy ideas is what always makes vending so fun!!! miliion ways to skin a cat. Hard to ignore those mini cranes though my man...great job out there, hat tip to ya

Card readers cannot be undervalued. My workplace has multiple drink and snack machines with coin and DBAs but nobody has cash or coins. Nothing sells. They've stopped restocking snacks because they just sit and expire. Compare to a big government building where I had to go sit and wait this week. Drink and snack machines, all with card readers. They had constant customers while I was there including me. $1.50 for a 20oz drink was even very fair. So that vendor is going to sell-through their inventory, instead of seeing it sit. They get it. It made me smile and it's not even my business.

I put disclaimers up showing they save money by using cash. My first week w a combo vending made $40 cash. Not too shabby.

I have my megas to 1 in 8 odds due to the plush being more expensive. And i charge a $1 a play. However if you have a credit card, you can purchase 13 plays for $10

Question: I've noticed that some of these mini claw machine main prize locker opens downward (top to bottom), do they have an automatic closing feature, or do they stay open until you close it yourself? I know the key gets stuck/locked in the keyhole but I'm talking about the door itself. Thanks.

The super mini and golden house prize door drops after opening and the mega mini door opens to the side which usually the customer closes iy
