Yeah, less wind tunnel time, technical convergence and all that, but something is wrong with that car. Sure, they're still able to fight for wins in almost every track, but going from dominant to 2nd/3rd fastest car in a matter of months confirms something went wrong with development, even more so when they could focus in 2024 earlier than anyone else. Sure, the RB20 is still a good car, but so difficult to setup, not particularly good on its tires, mediocre on top speed, some reliability problems... It looked impossible, but Red Bull massively bottled it
