The only resolution for this matter is cooperating. It's a sea of 1mil km square with hundreds of inhabitable islands, locating in the middle of important international sea trade routes, capturing some of the most beautiful sea sites of the world, surrounding by many countries with variant cultures. Uncountable oppotunities for eco-friendly business, science and political cooperation. Yet, due to many reasons including oil, past war issues and trust issues, a sustainable resolution seems to be impossible in near future.
