When I was turning 18, my lazy, entitled, put-me-to-work for the sake of wasting my time father was smug about me paying rent soon. I was too OK with it, and he couldn't stand it. So I finally said "Yes, I'll be 18. So I'll have to pay rent. THAT means you can't just order me around! Get your own coffee, make your own food, deal with your own hoarder garage!" He had a furious, "you ruined my evil plans" look.

My dad would always yell at me and my siblings when driving. He stopped yelling at me when I purposely drove inches from a concrete wall at 65 mph for 3 miles in a construction zone and then in a parking lot pulled my e-brake and spun my car around a full 360. He never asked me to drive him somewhere again.

I still remember my first job in a call centre. The first day of training the ops manager walked in said if you don't like how we do things here leave. You're replaceable and there's no shortage of people looking for a job here. As that point the ops manager was correct the place was at its peak, the entire building was packed to the point 1 or 2 people got to go home early if there weren't computers left over (I counted stations there were 110 in total). I worked there 4 years and witnessed what was once a fact become complete fiction. The guy continued to use the same line for years even when they couldn't fill all stations on site anymore. Now that guys been fired, and they have completely burned through the supply of young workers who needed a first job. An operation which once had 110 people each day, now has 14 on site during peak hours. This decline began years before the great cough but during it the decline accelerated.

the entire ratchet series is amazing, except for the ps4 ones butchering of the first game's actaul story, but even that is fun if u go in knowing that the entire story isnt remotely cannon and based of the view of someone who was a villain for the first two game, i highly recommend it

I have a few idk if they count tho the 1st 1 was standing up to a bully the reason I include it is because not once did I let him bully me & his reaction to me standing up to him. This wasn't like other times I stood up to a bully where it ended in violence. Anyways it was in HS during my P.E/gym class I was sitting down on a bench getting dressed when this guy comes & says you're sitting in my spot I responded by saying there's no assigned seating so he repeated thsts my spot so I said I don't see your name on it. So he says you better get out my spot or else. So I stood up & said or else what. That's when he back tracks & says im just playing with you big dog chill out.
