This has to be strategically and purposely done to activate every emotion in your body possible. They know what we facing right now today as we speak and it's almost like somebody trying to rub it in our face as if they know that's it us, maybe I'm over thinking, if you know you know. Its our kids turn tho, look at us, we turned out all right so hopefully our kids will be all right too. I'm probably just as concerned as my parents were for us in the 90s and everything that were facing in the world here in the states right now.

It's the music and the fact that you know that the good times are gone, the nostalgic feeling of being a kid again wishing you could go back to when things were more simple, free and bright, it's the little things we don't notice until it's too late,...... it's gone, it doesn't feel real, but it's how things are, so make sure to enjoy the things you have now as much as possible so when that time comes you won't be looking back with an empty feeling but instead, a feeling of gratitude and reminiscence.

Only reason I wouldn't give it all up right now is my beloved Cat.

Man. I just turned 30 in January. Yes I look 18, I know. I feel so bad for kids in their teens right now even 8-9 year olds. They will never ever know the freedom of going out until the street lights come on and just roaming your neighborhood with the best people and all the snacks. Hi-c juice boxes, capri sun and koolaid jammers don’t even taste the same…. Not even a little bit. They will never know how damn sweet this time was. So grateful i got to live through it.
@devilhunterpizzaguy73614 ай бұрын
Simpler times. Those of us who grew up in that era and in our teen years realize all good things come to an end one day. But we lived those good times, and we can live now for those beautiful memories. I do also feel bad for the younger gen now because so much has changed for the worst. Thanks for sharing your thoughts your not alone in feeling that sentiment. Also funny I'm 31 now and still look like I'm in my 20s. Lol

So you was born in 1994? You missed the late 80s And early 90s.. Around the time you were born is peak 90s. I was born in 1986.. My wife in 1991. We been making a 80s/ 90s room with stuff filled from the time period.. For when we get to feeling nostalgic. But from the mid early to mid 80s to about 2008...2010 That's when culture was peak.. Some people argue hat after 9/11 the fun was over..it killed the spirit of 90s..but I think it was around 2008...2010.

All the great people/ business owners passed and the companies went down, sold or just went down hill. Not many take pride in the work they do. It's all about what we can get from people, not what we can provide for people. They don't make things like they use to.

Big companies buy up the smaller companies and drive them into the ground. Family-owned Plantation Baking Company had the best brownies.The family sold the biz in 1986. It was resold several times after that and discontinued. The original owner's son wrote a comment on a blog site, "I do recall reading in the Vending Times periodicals back in the late 80’s and early 90’s that several of our brownies were always in the top 10 vending items.''
