We work extremely hard to serve you guys the highest quality story reading content. Each video takes a lot of effort when it comes to thinking of topics, ideation, editing, voice-acting, recording, etc. All the content in these videos are owned by us!
Our Work Process:
1. Come up with questions, research, script, come up with opinions/commentary, polish until ready for recording.
2. Record voice acting the stories/questions, sharing thoughts and opinions and performing it in a creative and transformative fashion for viewers to enjoy.
3. Record gameplay until there is enough interesting footage to use for the background
4. Throw the gameplay in the editing software and then begin typing up the captions, cutting/trimming the voice acting, adding SFX, color correction, removing/adding clips, etc.
5. Final review of the video, if video is not up to the quality desired for this channel. Either go back into the editing software, re-record some lines, change opinions/commentaries.

Hey guys, miscommunicated with the new voice actor so he thought to make jokes with every commentary bit. This is completely on me, anyways the original voice actor is still here. We're basically doing double uploads a day now just combining them into one big upload, the new one is here to provide you guys with more content. I probably should have said this on day 1 but I enjoyed watching the chaos. It was part of my coffee ritual.

That was my original reaction...then I actually tried to listen to these videos 😬. This isn't just a matter of voice preference; many fans of this channel appreciate the compassion of the usual narrator. The recent narrations are punctuated with snarky quips that are corny at best, but sometimes in very bad taste given subject matter they're commenting on.

I work in a school. 3 boys from my classroom (ages 6-8) stood on the back of a toilet to try and climb over the sides of the cubicle. The toilet wobbles, they bail. About 15 minutes later a boy comes in to use the toilet, and the second he touches it, the whole toilet falls off the wall, spraying a fountain of freezing water in the winter in North Scotland. Mr McKelvie, the absolute gem of a P4/5 (ages 8-10) teacher fights the water fountain to turn the water off and stop the flood that was building in the corridor. He then had to go home to change his clothes, soaking wet and absolutely frozen. I bet that was one of his "I'm not paid enough" day!

But I'll keep them simple, I have been called everything under the sun for refusing to serve alcohol to drunken people, accused of causing problems by a guard (I don't even know how since I refused to sell someone whiskey), said that I was being racist for asking for ID. Twice. The first one was because I refused to accept a photo of ID, which cannot accept as I couldn't verify it to be accurate, the other was because the guy expected me to remember him. Mate, I work in a shop in the middle of the city. I serve well over 1000 people a day. I'm not going to remember everyone! Idk why people are so upset about the new narrator, you BOTH have great voices! Anyway I have a story from a friend that fits: she worked at a Bob Evan’s and there was a likely mentally unstable woman who would come in twice a week, walk straight into the bathroom, squat in front of the sinks and take a shit on the floor. Never bought anything yet the manager refused to do anything about it and usually made my friend clean it up. Luckily she found another job pretty quickly but it sounded like a nightmare place to work.

And many other things of that nature every night, for years. He would also deliberately clogged both men's and women's toilets, and then take a big dump in each one. That was many years ago, and I believe he is a top notch chef nowadays

I have a good one. Worked in fast food and while I made more than minimum wage I wasn’t paid enough for the situation that happened one day. I a teenager was closing the dining room one Saturday night. I go to the bathrooms to clean. When I got to the men’s rooms 2nd stall I found a rainbow of poop on the wall, the underwear still with a ton of poop in it was behind the toilet. I cleaned everything but that, put an out of order sign and locked the stall door. Next day I worked earlier, lunch rush. When I got to work my boss called me into the office to write me up for not cleaning the bathroom stall. I said, I don’t get paid enough to clean that off a wall. He said why didn’t you use gloves, I said we don’t have any, he went to the storage and saw we didn’t. The cooks would use them up (they weren’t for cooking) and we never had any for bathroom cleaning. He then asked why I didn’t use the hose, I said (night manager) doesn’t have the key for the room you have it locked up in so how could I? He then threw away the write up. I normally wouldn’t have argued with him but that day I was like, oh hell no, I’m not cleaning this with my bare hands or getting in trouble because we don’t have the proper equipment to clean it. Oh I didn’t mention, the toilet and wall behind it also looked like dude bent over and sprayed the wall…ya, not touching that shiz bare handed!

I was working for a trail riding operation in the Tetons. I was trying to put a horse back into the main pasture. We had one very dominant horse, Flame, who was guarding the gate and would attempt to kick my head off every time I tried to open it. I decided that the $8.50/hour I was being paid wasn’t worth this risk, so I went to the corral manager and told her exactly that. “Sorry, but $8.50/hour isn’t worth risking my life.” She grabbed a lunge whip and went into battle with Flame. It was pretty impressive- she didn’t ever touch him with it, it was basically just her whipping the air while he kicked the air until he got tired and gave up and let us open the gate to put the other horse into the corral.

In one of my very first jobs, when I was 18 or 19, I worked at some sort of supply line. First day there, I get seated in front of this older guy (early 40's), and I'm literally told to just copy what he does, fine. This was one of the most boring jobs I have ever had, which was accentuated by the fact that the other guy couldn't speak to me (I think he was Russian. Whatever he was, he didn't speak English). Well, about an hour in, I see my 'partner' cross his arms over the table, put down his head on them and go to sleep. I thought of maliciously complying and do the same, considering the work I could definitely tell this guy's enthusiasm to sleep, but I concluded that pretending to sleep would be even more boring. So here I was, doing the job of two people by myself, all while knowing for a fact that the other guy was earning the same wage that I was. I decided to finish the day so as to not cause any trouble, but I didn't come back the next day. Easiest job quitting I ever had.

Man, I used to have a Toyota and before that I’d had a Honda. The Honda guys were always relaxed, friendly, and accommodating. The Toyota service reps always seemed like they were afraid of something, or like they were hiding something. Like if they said the wrong thing the creature would jump out and devour us both. I finally got fed up with the “if we don’t replace all four today your car will collapse!!!” assessments at every tune up and found a nice mechanic in town with good reviews. So yeah, I’m thinking maybe there’s a reason those reps were always scared. Also, it seemed like I could always get an appointment. When I bought a Hyundai, it got harder to find an opening. I have to wonder about that. Maybe Hyundai is nicer to their reps and don’t overbook.

If you're going to have a relaxing voice, keep it the same level of relaxing in your commentary too. I don't want to have bleeding ears every couple minutes because the commentary is double the volume and energy of the story. But hey, it's this guy's first video! Sorry new narrator, but your comments and jokes have made me consider closing the video multiple times. Your voice is nice enough, and i hope that you are having fun. It's just my opinion and i am only one grain of sand in this comments, so i hope you are having a great day!

I fucking love this new narrator he can pronounce properly and has a great sense of humour , doesn't simp or have opinion and almost backflips on said opinion .

I never liked the old narrator not because of his voice but I really dislike the in between comments trying to be funny not just on this channel but all of them that do that I do enjoy the stories though so I end up back 🤷🏻

Not trying to be negative or nothin’, but less commentary and unnecessary jokes in between stories would be nice. It’s the same things with the Mainly Fact guy. It’s very tiring, especially when people just want to listen to the stories.

A little less cringe comedy, please. Edit: holy crap, a LOT less cringe comedy, please. I would prefer a text to speech voice over this crummy stand-up.

I can't do it. This guy's narration is just plain bad. Not hating on him. He's just not well suited for this.

I don’t think this is AI, it feels too consistent for AI. Usually there’s at least a FEW abrupt dips or rises, issues with annunciation, etc, I think this is a person.

@@monroerobbins7551 haven't you checked out some of the more recent tts Algorithms? They are just amazing and you will be hard pressed to differenciate them from a real human. Though, there are some telltale signs, and this one has them, atleast as far as my hearing goes
