I’m glad to hear you are homeschooling. If this is a forever home, try and get something flat. If the washer and dryer are in a basement, consider moving it now while you are young. I’ve seen people suffer for years on narrow basement steps. I’m happy for y’all!

Thank you! Yes we are hoping to have everything at least than my husband and I will need long term on one level. Luckily my husband is truly handy (minus carpentry 🤣) so we can move anything we need.

@ Please take your time and choose accordingly! Y’all have actionable intelligence so use it and observe the seasonal changes on a parcel. The wet does not concern his hunting, but it might affect your gardening, right? You know this but let’s avoid ever having to move again! I don’t currently garden or hunt, I said currently, right? I do have animals though. This is the most critical I’ll ever be because a Monday morning quarterback is useless. There is nothing more exciting than a new property!

We are definitely taking our time this go round. We have the luxury of time luckily. We plan to stay with my in laws until we find our next property. We plan to really think out every scenario and hopefully make a good decision.
