I think it's spice for me. Yung mama ko nagluluto dito, konti lang spices. May konting spices sya dito pero minsan di rin ginagamit. Yung pancit na walang paminta, nilalagyan ko nalang sa serving bowl ko. If paminta is not a good choice dapat may sili.

For me , it’s a common Hispanic breakfast(it consists of scrambled eggs sometimes covered in chorizo or a sort of Hispanic tomato sauce. And some boiled beans. This can be paired with Hispanic cream, queso fresco or queso duro, avocado, a hand made tortilla and a nice cup of coffee/other. After that,if you’re not full, you can have some pan dulce of your choice.)😊

I can't go over a week without eating Mexican food. I grew up eating it and it's such a major part of my palate that almost anything else I cook becomes southwest influenced in some way. I know in my family we can't go more than a couple months without making Colorado style chili verde, or, green chili in English. Growing up we would make a huge pot of chili verde and eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner because you can eat it with eggs and a tortilla, you can make a smothered burrito, you can even make what my dad calls a Mexican hamburger which is just a hamburger in a tortilla smothered in chili verde. Mexican food is so universal and you can make something quick like a quesadilla or nachos or you can spend days making menudo, or like I am now just a couple hours making pinto beans and rice for beans and rice burritos the rest of this week! That's why I love Mexican food, it's accessible and if you're latino and can't make your own kind of chili, are you even latino?
