Making a things clearer: in Italy Carabinieri and Polizia di Stato act mostly alike when referring to civil and executive power. Yet Carabinieri have a military history and set apart from normal police. As a matter of fact Carabinieri are in between police and military. Referring to Alibi's lore, it could be possible that a recruiter might have picked her up at 10yo and let her join the Carabinieri at that young age since you can actually join military academies that act much more like private schools. So she could have possibly have got into an academy until she wpuld be old enough to join military training and be put into a Carabinieri division.

hazing is pretty common in interservice groups or collaborations (like team rainbow). it similar to sports team rivalries and how players and fans haze each other. rarely ever becomes a problem. sas and the seals are probably hazing alibi because the GIS has been around for a much shorter time than the sas and seals.

Graphic designer here for some context on the dpi 150-200 is standard for web design and 300 is standard for printing of most sizes but you start going up for anything bigger than a poster but 1000 dpis is huge and used for something like a very very very detailed billboard, the file you'd obtain would be something heavy as hell that would FRY low end computers and use most of not all of the storage in high end USBs and SD cards, 1600 dpis is really impressive of a resolution, for something the size of Alibi that'd mean seeing the texture of the fabric and skin to a molecular level, kind of unnecessarily detailed of you asked me but they're allowed to flex at the end of the day
