I think it is so sad that the everyday people there live in really poor areas and struggle to live there is a great divide between rich and poor there and they have the money there to do something about it

What you have described is exactly the same in the U.K. the difference is in the UAE there feels like more sense of community for all the people living and working there. In the U.K. there is money however the Tories are ok with the wealthy hoarding it and not paying their taxes

Arabs usually don't go out before like 7 pm in summer because it's too hot. They usually stay up during the night and sleep during the mornings. :)
