Odd thought to go off yours, what if the form Lilith turns into, is how he sees Nadja? While the gang can't look in mirrors, it could make sense that their own perspective on themselves changes over time. However, I can tell this is debunked because of the way the show is presented, as a sort of documentary. In this way, we can't see how Nadja sees herself, but it was a cool thought.
