U r may be right in ur thoughts about ur own nutrition but ours. Kids eat what we eat.. no special .. since you have pointed out that feeding my child with animal rich protein based diet is a crime, under which law?? How can u say that our diet is a pseudoscience without any scientific evidence??

Sincerely can't think of living on this sort of a diet.. not judging your diet or anything, but I really can't live on this kind of diet.. especially, not without some chamba rice.. lived on a normal malayali diet my whole life.. now I'm 58.. good bmi and decent fitness.. or health issues to compain of other than a little bit of backpain due to an injury playing basketball from my younger days which was never treated properly.. I don't overeat.. I don't eat junk food.. I eat a decent amount of fruits everyday, run 30-40mins everyday, and a little bit of weight training everyday since the age of 42.. I do yoga three times a week as well.. If I've learned anything about "calories and food", it is that not all calories are the same.. a piece of chocolate and an apple might have the same calories but they are not metabolised the same way.. you can we well within your BMI limits, have great muscles and still be extremely unhealthy.. I guess everyone must follow a diet that works for them based on their goals in life.. my goals in life and my diet seems to have worked well for me so far..

Hai bro. I am also a one who like to eat meat. And i consume most proteins from meat. And i believe that is the most healthiest way. Because i have tried vegan and it didnt suit me. Maybe works for others. But my doubt is that is processed meat harmful?? Isnt that the main reason for collon cancers? I am asking my doubt here. Can you please reply
