Anna, you might not know this but gluten free food is almost never enriched, and it is always much more calorie dense because tons of sugar and oils are added to hide the taste of gluten free grains. Just a tip for you, the kids (and yourself) would get more nutrition with regular snacks, because it would be made with enriched flour which has iron, b vitamins, calcium etc. added! Unless a person is diagnosed celiac, it is not necessary to cut out gluten and it lowers your nutrient intake a ton.

you dont want food enriched with iron. Iron is overly enriched in our foods and many of us have too much iron. If you are still low in iron after eating all the fortified foods then your gut has a problem absorbing the iron. Too much iron and not absorbing it enough is a sign of inflammation.

Not to be critical but perhaps think about stopping calling the younger two "the babies" in front of them. I feel like their speech and actions are very 'babyfied' because that's the standard they're held to. Again, not to be critical I know they're your babies and it's always hard when they are the youngest of a group. It may just be something to self-reflect on and trying to see if they respond positively to more respect in that way.

Probably because she used to live in America so its what she is used to. In the United States, eggs sold in stores are required by the FDA to be washed and refrigerated, and they need to stay refrigerated or you can get Salmonella.

Hi Anna theses make my day! Quick question though have you ever experienced any of your dogs needing to go get a tooth pulled. My dog has a loose tooth currently and she is around seven. I was told by my vet that she’s going to have to get it pulled. I am very nervous about the experience and is quite expensive due to me not having dog insurance, just curious if you’ve ever experienced it and had any advice and also if you have dog insurance if you recommend it. any help would be appreciated Love you loads thanks for always making my day!🥹🫶🏻

Dont worry your dog will be ok.Ours has had to have 2 operations tumours a year ago and recovered within a day ,Our last dog[sadly passed away old age ] had to have some teeth removed when she was older she was ok.Dont worry they get over things a lot faster then humans.Both dogs rescue dogs.Imsurance I would say depends on the breed some our much more likely to get problems then othersIf you have a frenchie pug or bulldog I would say for sure get insurance..It is heartbreaking we all want to see our pets well.But please take the attitude to be strong and the sooner its done the sooner it will be over and your little dog back to normal.

Yes ours have all had teeth pulled and it’s really expensive!! 🤦🏼‍♀️ But it was worth it, no more pain and they chew just fine. I just soften their food a little bit. Don’t worry your pup will be fine! 🥰
