What We Found in this Abandoned Place will Shock You...

Sinematic Seth is exploring an abandoned YMCA with Exploring With Josh and Steve Ronin. Together they explore the forgotten children’s facility and find the day care, classrooms, gymnasium, rock climbing wall, and even the massive, nearly olympic sized pools. It’s sad to see all the kid’s toys that were left behind. All of this and more was forgotten about when the YMCA closed in April of 2009 due to the lack of funds to keep it running.

Interesting YMCA. It is sad to see that the town could not get enough money to renovate the place. Did they build a new YMCA? These places are so important for a community to have. Thank you for showing this. Keep up the great work and thank you for wearing a mask and taking care of your health.

Hi Seth, this place was so cool to see because of the decay that was all around you, it was also pretty sad too because of the children's pictures left behind and the fact that it's one less place for kids to go hang out with their mates. It is a shame that they didn't renovate the Y. $1M nominal for a building like that but it was during the great recession and no one had money. That dummy you saw by the window was a Rescusi Annie. They are used for training CPR. A doll like that one costs over 5K.
