Most countries around the world are homogenous not only Poland. It's only a handful of post colonial countries that are not homogenous and they tend to be segregated internally. I'm polish and I frequently go to China, and not just Bejing but really remote parts of China. Many times I've had people come up to me asking for photos because they've never seen a European before.

There's nothing wrong with a homogenous country. Only in today's absurd age is it considered a bad thing.
I have also lived in Krakow for fews years and I come back recently for my work. Cost of life in Krakow is cheaper than Warsaw (especially for housing, the only problem, as it is student city, flat are rented very fast). About language : as I am EU citizen, the agent for registration spoke in English and it was a different desk. Krakow is very international, it was easy to find English speaking service. I can speak a little Polish, but only for short friendly conversation. Except cases system (as French, I will never understand this rule), with regular lesson, reading comics, listen music and movie in Polish, it is possible to talk a little.

Polish factory worker here with American wife. Sure we are thinking foreigners are taking our bread meanwhile we have plenty of Ukrainians living here and my hometown being 65thousand citizens gained 10 thousand Ukrainians now and they all stay and work here - must be all that hatred we have towards foreigners😅

Thank you for your comment and sharing this story, But do you truly believe that all Polish people will be fine with it for on a long-term?
@dzejms882 жыл бұрын
@@expatfamilylive9041 There are always people full of hatred among us or just frustrated. They will tell you shit like "damn Ukrainians" but it's all they can do because majority of our society already accepted the fact that foreigners are already a part of our society. If you're wondering about Polish long-term relationship with foreigners I can tell you that we had time to adapt and get used to the fact that more and more of them is coming and trying to settle here. Again I'll bring Ukrainians here as they are vast majority or people coming to Poland - it started like 5 years ago when they grew into a noticable group o people working and living here deciding to stay for good and make a living. These people are now also huge support for the others fleeing from war providing shelter and helping in everyday life struggles. I would say we can already be talking about long-term when you hear from your own mother that she went to a doctor that was Ukrainian or got pierogi from Ukrainian ladies or she teaches Ukrainian kids in some classes ;)

Witajcie! Dziękuję za ten film i serdecznie was pozdrawiam😊
Is the education is free in Poland for kids? In public school are they teaching in English or local language? Would like to move to Poland with my family, as factory worker will it be safe? Please answer me if possible, thank you ☺️
@expatfamilylive90413 жыл бұрын
Hi, the education is provided in Polish and it is free in public schools. But there are private schools and they are very expensive. Job as a factory worker must be hard because people don't speak English and have low tolerance to foreigners :(

It is not about bread.It is about security,and I think you know what I mean.
Subsidies from the union are +/- 2% of Polish GDP. Much more money is being siphoned out of Poland by Western corporations. We have received a lot of refugees from Vietnam. But it's already 2/3 generation;)

@@expatfamilylive9041 An expat brings his job with him/her. She might be sent by her company into the different country to life there for a limited time. Well said, I am a Turkish person who come to Poland 2012 as you did. I have studied Master's in finance and accounting, worked big financial companies worked 2 times more then locals and learning less then them. Everthing what you said about Poland is 100 percent right. After I have been in Poland 8,5 years I got Polish citizenship and I am going to leave from Poland To West. People are asking me why I would like to move on , well honesty speaking I Poland was for me bridge to West.Believe me passing Polish language is very hard as a non Slav person. If you are working in Poland as a foreign person within poles most of companies who are working there will be not nice for you.. doesn't matter if you are Indian, Italian, Russian or Turkish. You will be earning pretty less ( 4 times less then Poland ) in accounting areas. I am happy that you guys left to Poland to Nederland where is much better life. In a few weeks I will be also leaving from the Poland..
