Not gonna happen in NY state. He’ll get 25 to life. He’s 59 and overweight. Probably won’t live to 80. Will die in prison. NY prisons aren’t so bad; he’ll have 3 meals a day, internet, library, free time outdoors, exercise program, and ability to continue his wood working hobby. He won’t have to deal with annoying architecture clients. He may even get a chance to rape some small male inmates - just like old times.

A couple of things. Between 11-18 bodies have been found around Gilgo Beach. One man was convicted of killing 2 victims and now this guy is charged with killing 3, thought to possibly be 4 victims, probably due to the evidence found at the scenes. That is a maximum total of 6 out of 11-18 victims. The victims that Rex Heuermann is accused of killing were found in 2010. What has Rex Heuermann been up to for the last 13 years? If he is a serial killer did he find a new dump site when Gilgo was found? Looks like there is a lot more unanswered questions and more investigation is needed.

It is because society likes to discriminate against introverts, so whenever the media reports on whom they consider to be villains, they try to associate them with the characteristic of introverts. It is a lot more believable that way, and it makes it easier for them to sell the news to the public. Truth be told, most serial killers aren't quiet, but they are rather personable and even charming, which is why they are often able to get away with their killing spree for a long time. The obviously quiet and creepy ones get caught easily, because they easily attract people's suspicion. There is a KZbin video of an interview of this guy, and he comes off as outgoing and friendly. Obviously, no one is outgoing and friendly all the time, and the people who knew him as quiet probably didn't really bother to get to know them. Either way, it really pisses me off to see the media try to falsely associate criminal behaviour with traits of introversion, as if introverts are potential criminals somehow.

We know he could operate because of the imposed criminalization of sex trades activities by "honest" citizens. They care so little about these people that they hardly investigated the story as they should have done. Seriously, from what I hear, burner phone, etc... this story should have been cleared a long time ago. And yes, society is allowing that kind of psychopathes to operate easily. Any criminalized human activity will lead to crimes. Alcohol prohibition laws experience should have taught something but apparently those old ladies so perfect and their clean cut husbands are willing to see women and men buried in a sand bank in name of their own good taste.

Why are all those cops standing around back there doing nothing? If they're supposed to be "investigating"........then INVESTIGATE!!!! Kind of like when you see county workers out on a job somewhere. All have shovels in hand and only one of them is doing anything. smh

How do you really take a human life outside legitimate self defense? And then there are those that say abolish capital punishment. Because their family isn’t affected but what do you say to God because he has created hellfire for people like this man who tortured humans.

No, abolish the death penalty. It’s barbaric and fucked up to give the state the power to murder people. Murder is murder. Who is on the hook for those lives? If you’re a Christian, the whole “thou shall not kill” did not come with any caveats.
