Eh I doubt it, even though it isn't a finals ring, it's still a championship and unless everyone in the league is bluffing, everyone has been talking positive about the in season tournament change, and even had to be approved by the NBPA. I mean I can see a world where the coach might just play their stars a little less but I wouldn't imagine it being end of the bench players getting the bulk of the minutes.

Was looking for this comment, too. Of course, they won't have an identity. They have so many rotation players missing. Now that some of those players are coming back, the team is suddenly 3-1 against 4 of the top 5 teams in the West. With the 1 loss coming from a 1pt deficit where they rested Zion and was on a B2B. Pelicans are starting to find that identity, with the constant ball movements and actions. The Zion-BI pairing is starting to gel as they gain more playing time together. Though I do agree that the team may need to start thinking about the "less is more" theory. There are too many role players that does one thing well, but what Pels need is to have those role players do many different things well. i.e. two-way players
