What you buy here is a nice piece of putter design. The squareback 2 with the plumbersneck looks great. I would play the Newport 2 though. An insert or not, thats a matter of what feels best for you. Will it improve your putting, nobody knows.

Nice looking face but I don't like seeing a see a through portion from the top. I prefer last years. Scotty using an insert gives me more confidence that me using my Odyssey with a white hot insert is not missing anything.
