Then we can ask why his son grew up so obviously disturbed that he was referred to Prevent a number of times. Background and upbringing aren't irrelevant. (Those Qs were certainly asked in the Bulger case.) To be told that he was 'born in Cardiff' - while not an untruth - was certainly designed to mislead, perhaps? Suspicions of a cover-up with respect to the discovery of the ricin and the Al-Quaeda manual and the months' delay in informing the public of those facts are not unwarranted. Lots of unknowns remain.
