Should they have pretended to be excited about a game preview that didn't appeal much to them because it was non-AAA? Surely the next non-AAA games they see will look awesome since they talked about AAA games being unsustainable. They were talking about the length of the development cycle and cost companies currently spend on massive AAA games along with the risk of being, 'too big to fail' according to the leadership and profit holders. That has nothing to do with how exciting other non-AAA game previews look to them. The folks on this show are just explaining their genuine opinions. Sure, they say some pretty bold words sometimes, but that's part of why they're members here on this podcast. It's enjoyable listening to their perspective and that's all it is.

"Is this for us?" 🤨 It's helping give a bump for those games, that as you lot mentioned frankly didn't know of. Roblox is arguably the biggest thing there lol. The show leans into the variety which is something that should be valued. Just cuz something isn't for you, doesn't mean it was a bad show, or even "average."

Microsoft should farm out their older unused IPs to independent developers, and allow most of their current studios to make exclusive games for the platform. Polish studio ''People can Fly'' is making a $50 million game for Xbox.

Honestly believe Ryan is out of touch lately. Roblox is super huge for xbox, super popular still like fortnite. Anything that adds to roblox will see big money for Microsoft. He mentioned not seeing gears 6 ..... this is a partner showcase gears would be 1st party. Stalker trilogy take was a wierd one cause he said its running in some sort of backwards compatability mode, yet this was never on xbox before.

Roblox is huge for Xbox, and he mentioned not every game appeals to them specifically but would others. He went on to say that the kind of people who would watch this partner show wouldn't be the type to play that Roblox game, so it doesn't fit there. The Stalker trailer itself says it's running via backwards compatibility. Why is his take weird when it's literally spelled out?

Every single game announced or showcased will go to Sony a year or so after launch. Not one game in there felt like it would be something to have an xbox for. The hardcore crowd just doesn't care anymore. Especially for rushed showcases that feel once again Reactionary. 6/10 showcase excited to play these on PS6.
