One of the saddest bits of Covid is having to explain to young kids why they can't see friends, and go to play places. When you are a parent or an adult, it's like one of your duties to shield your kids from the bad of the world as best you can so they can have as innocent and carefree of a childhood as is possible, but to have this thing so out of anyone's control and affecting the world, just continues to create such difficulty. But everyone is doing the best they can and trying to maintain your child's happiness in the ways you know how, still remains the goal.
