So nice to see I'm not the only one who reads multiple books at a time.😊

I love to read too! I read three books in June: Spaceman from Bohemia by Jaroslav Kalfar, Trigger Warning by Neil Gaiman and A Street Cat Named Bob by James Bowen. Right now I'm over half way through Frankenstein by Mary Shelley.

Thank you for the kind and "joyful" review of my book "My 50-Day Pentecost in the Holy Land." The bike ride around the Sea of Galilee was a "Godcident" as well as shucking artichokes with two Muslim women for an hour while drinking coffee and eating crackers. I am glad this book makes you smile and fills you with joy. Lead with Love !

I started (but haven't yet finished) Otherlands: A Journey through Earth's Extinct Worlds, by Thomas Halliday. It's a series of chapters on the early physical world and its ecosystems as it may have been during various epochs in history. Interesting read for those with a scientific bent.

Oh, that sounds really good. I'm going to add it to my wish book list.

I write mystery books with a "catholic backdrop", like a catholic ribbon running through them. Can I send you both a set of the books to read? I would love to hear your review about them. My author name is R Shannon. 😁

The All Things Catholic book looks interesting. I'm halfway through a different book by John Taylor Gatto called Dumbing us Down.
@catholicmomanddaughter5 ай бұрын
How do you like that one? Is it just a collection of his speeches? He definitely has a lot to say!
@jencarrier5 ай бұрын
@@catholicmomanddaughter I am liking it. Yes, it is a collection of speeches and essays, but it is very well written and eye opening!

I read Messina in June on Kate's recommendation. I really enjoyed it and look forward to reading the other books in the series. I also read The Marian Option by Carrie Gress and an ebook about Mother Cabrini. Now I am working on The Reed of God by Caryll Houselander which is really lovely so far and also a book called Clare and Her Sisters by Madeline Pecora Nugent. I have not read much of it yet but it is a historical fiction about St. Clare. I am also reading How They Love Mary which I heard about on your channel. My book wish list has gotten much longer after watching your videos. :)
