In Brazil it is pretty common to just cut a passion fruit in half, pour some sugar directly into it and just eating it with a spoon for breakfast. They aren't loquats they are kumquats. You are supposed to eat kumquats peal and all, spit out the seeds. The peal is sweet and the inside is sour. They balance when you eat then together.

mix in the pure lemon juice with granulated sugar and then freeze dry it. and then with the resulting powder put it into a cotton candy machine!! tl;dr: turn lemon juice and sugar into cotton candy.
