a lot of those old vintage 35mm cameras were bought by families in the 70s and 80s, used once or twice, and put in a drawer and forgotten about in favor of polaroids or point and shoots when those began to get popular. it's not that unusual to find them at estate sales in near pristine condition. popular now among gen z hipsters.

Didn't want to go into my local thrift cause I was there the day before. Decided what the heck. They just got in 1000 sealed LPs from the 80s for 25 cents a piece. I cherry picked all the rock and metal. About 200 records. This was 20 years ago. The better stuff was $75+ at the time. Worth triple that now. Back in the eBay auction days with change jangling in buyers envelopes. I should have bought it all. I learned a thrift might suck on day and be a gold mine the next.

Hi Wick; I've watched a few of your videos and especially like the ones that you share what to look for. About 2 wees ago you answered a few of my questions I had about listing, since I am new to all this. I have some items that I got at an auction in box lots and you know how they throw things in to move the sale along. I have about 6-8 items that I really didn't want but was a part of the box lot and I can't figure out if they are worth messing with to list on eBay or if I should just toss them. I was wondering if I sent you the pictures if you would be willing to look at them and let me know if they are worth listing or if I should just trash them. Thank you! Debbie

That's so crazy. I just found some hard plastic Rudolph figures yesterday at the thrift store. I bought three boxes and I think each box has four characters in it. I can't believe people don't pick the stuff up. And I also found two glass stand up ornaments at Goodwill that are on wooden bases. Those are on eBay for $100 with the Styrofoam in the Box, Thomas Pacconi. I bought two and each one of those were marked $1.91. And then I went to another thrift store and I got an old world Christmas Santa lights that's vintage for $8.99. It was a good day

How do you pack & package those ornaments? They're breakable, so delicate. If the wrong PO mailman gets ahold of it, they will toss it and break it.
